Change ...yes I can ....and.. together we can
Dari ayat di atas tergambarkan dengan jelas bahwa keberadaan manusia sesungguhnya diciptakan tidak sendirian tetapi kemudian berkembang biak dan berbangsa-bangsa dan bersuku-suku untuk saling mengenal. Selain itu realitas keberagaman dan banyaknya manusia itu juga ditegaskan bahwa manusia sesungguhnya sebagai makhluk yang saling meminta satu sama lain. Ini artinya dalam menjalankan kehidupannya manusia tidak bisa sendirian, ia harus bersama orang lain dan membutuhkan orang lain
Razaki alah sudah (Jumat religius)
Momen jumat ini saya akan coba untuk meng-intervensi blog saya dengan sebuah kalimat yang sering kali disebutkan sanak saudara, teman , atau orang tua. "razaki lah sudah", seringkali kalimat ini diucapkan kadang sebagai ucapan syukur, kadang sebagai ucapan patah arang karena tidak mendapatkan sesuatu, dan kadang karena hal lainnya ...lahir, Jodoh, rezeki, maut memang sudah ditetapkan namun seperti apakah ditetapkannya ...Wallahulam bisshowab
"Seringkali dalam hidup, kamu akan bertemu dengan orang yang lebih pandai, lebih cepat, lebih kaya, lebih berkuasa, dan lebih berbakat daripada kamu. Ketika janin manusia berumur 120 hari, maka ditentukan 4 hal yaitu rezeki, jodoh, usia, dan takdir baik dan buruknya. Bagaimana sebenarnya memahami hadits di atas untuk kita pergunakan menjalani kehidupan ini? Baiklah sebelumnya saya akan memberikan kisah nyata seorang Bapak. Sebut saja Pak Bedu. Tinggal di daerah Babelan, Bekasi. Pada awalnya beliau bekerja sebagai karyawan. Sampai suatu ketika datanglah sekelompok jamaah pengajian yang mabid di masjid dekat rumahnya. Seperti biasa selalu ada pertemuan antara jamaah yang datang dengan penduduk setempat, salah satunya Pak Bedu ini. Tidak ada penduduk lokal yang bergabung dengan jamaah tersebut, kecuali Pak Bedu ini. Semenjak bergabung, segalanya mulai berubah. Pak Bedu tidak lagi fokus ke pekerjaannya, hingga ia dipecat. Pak Bedu menjadi pengangguran, tapi ia tidak khawatir, karena dia yakin bahwa rezeki itu sudah ada yang ngatur. Hari hari pun berlalu, keuangan semakin menipis sementara pemasukan tidak ada. Rumah dalam pengawasan bank. Barang-barang dijual. Namun demikian Pak Bedu masih menyempatkan diri untuk menjadi sukarelawan di daerah gempa. Sementara istri dan anaknya yang juga membutuhkan bantuan dipasrahkan kepada Allah SWT. Pak Bedu sangat yang yakin bahwa rezeki sudah ada yang ngatur. Kita pun juga musti yakin bahwa rezeki sudah ada yang ngatur. Tapi bagaimana rezeki itu diatur? Kita tidak sedang menghakimi benar tidaknya tindakan Pak Bedu, tapi marilah kita merenung, berpikir dan bertafakur bagaimana rezeki itu diatur?
Saya mengajukan 2 dugaan bagaimana rezeki diatur, yaitu:
1. Aturan tanpa Kondisi, bunyinya kira-kira seperti ini: Buat fulan bin fulan, rezeki anda seumur hidup adalah X. Tidak peduli usaha apa yang anda lakukan. atau
2. Aturan dengan kondisi, bunyinya kira-kira seperti ini: Buat fulan bin fulan, jika anda melakukan usaha A, maka rezeki anda adalah X, jika usaha B maka rezeki anda adalah Y, dan jika usaha C maka rezeki anda adalah Z dan seterusnya bisa lebih panjang dan kondisi yang lebih rumit.
Menurut anda, mana dari kedua aturan itu yang lebih mendekati makna ayat ini:
Sesungguhnya Allah tidak merobah keadaan sesuatu kaum sehingga mereka merobah keadaan yang ada pada diri mereka sendiri. (Ar Rad:11)
Saya berpendapat bahwa aturan no 2 lebih mendekati makna ayat tersebut yang merupakan kalimat kondisi. Itulah makanya kita dianjurkan untuk shalat istikharah apabila menghadapi pilihan hidup yang rumit. Wallahulam bisshowab

The function of this system are to assist rotating system in drilling the formation, provide the equipment which must there, materials and place for working, to prepare, maintain and change drilling mud.
Clean the bottom hole

There are two basic type of mud pump:
(1) The duplex,
(2) the triplex. The primary distinction is in the number of pistons and how they function.
The double action (duplex) pump is the most common pump in use.
Mud Pits
Large steel rectangular shaped container used to hold and control drilling fluid when it is out of well bore.Mud pits are all basically the same, but are called “shaker pits” or “settling tanks”.
Steel pits are used because they can be rapidly installed, easy maintained and have a known volume
Mixing Hopper
A funnel-shaped device used when adding in solid materials during treatment of drilling fluid in the mud pits.
The primary type in use is The jet Hopper which operates on vacuum principle.
The mixing hoppers can handle 5-10 sack (up to 800 pounds) of materials per minute.
Mud gas separator sometimes called the “gas buster”, is mounted on the outside end of the conditioning equipment, next to shale shaker.
Its usually a vertical (sometimes horizontal) tank like container.
Eliminate larger quantities of free gas entrained in the drilling fluid.
Pipe any flammable and poisonous gases to a safe distance away from the rig.
Shale Shaker
Drilling fluid comes directly to the shale shaker from the well bore.
The primary function is to remove larger cuttings and broken formation pieces from the drilling fluid.
This is done by moving the drilling fluid over vibrating screens that separate the unwanted cuttings
The Degasser Is usually mounted on the mud pits. The primary function is to continuously remove entrained gases from drilling mud.
Gasses will reduce drilling fluid density, pump efficiency, decrease the hydrostatic pressure the drilling fluid exert on the wellbore walls, and increase drilling fluid volume.
If great amount of gases are allowed to enter the wellbore, a kick may occur, which can lead to a blow out
The drilling fluid is forced through the cylinder under pressure with the heavier particles being removed and discharged through the bottom by centrifugal force.
In order to control “kick”, so Blow out Preventers are instaled at the casing head on each rig.
Their fungtion is to control the fluid or gas up to the wellbore
This system acts as very powerful valves.
The BOP stack is an assembly of special devices that may include :
Pipe ram preventer
Drilling Spool
Blind Ram
Shear ram
Casing Head
The annular preventer is located at the top of the BOP stack assembly
It contained steel-reinforced rubber packing element that closes to seal on drill pipe, kelly, or an open hole
It’s called a “universal preventer”:
Pipe Ram is to close only on that size pipe for which they are matched.
Blind or Blank Ram is to close only on an open hole.
Shear Rams is to cut the drill pipe and seal the resulting open hole.
Drilling spool are spacer between preventer. They provide hookups for the choke line (which circulate the “kick” out of the well bore and the kill line which pumps in heavy drilling fluid.

Drilling 5 (Rotating ..)
The main function of rotating system is to transmit power to rotate drill string and give burden to drilling string above the bit.
Rotating system consisted of Four sub-component :
Rotate drill string during drilling operation.
Suspend drill string by slip that attached at rotary table when jointed or release parts/joint of

Rotary Table located in floor of rig beneath crown block and precisely the above hole. Work with master bushing, kelly bushing to rotate kelly and drill pipe network.
As Holder drill pipe at joining or release of section of drill string.
Work Mechanism :
When make up and releasing the pipe, the slip inserted into master bushing at rotary table in order to the pipe not fall when jointed or released.
Connecting kelly to drill collar and the bit.
Giving long of length to penetrate to the deeper formation
Allow to travel up and down of the bit.
Transmit rotation from rotary table.
To circulate the drilling mud from swivel to the bit..
Basic Type :
Standard is used from the surface to the top of drill collars. The normal arrangement is drill pipe followed by drill collars above the bit.
Heavy-Weight DP (HWDP) is used in special situation in place of drill collars where differential wall sticking and other down hole problems are encounter
•Drill pipe joint are usually connected and disconnected from the drill stem in section. This section are called “stands”. The Number of joints in a stand is determined by rig height and whether range 2 or range 3 DP is used.

1. shadaqoh jariyah misal: infaq di masjid, sumbangan sekolahan, waqaf tanah
2. ilmu yang bermanfaat ilmu kebaikan yang diajarkan dari generasi ke generasi akan terus menjadi kebaikan dan itu akan dicatat menjadi amal kebaikan bagi pemberi ilmu tersebut meskipun orangnya udah meninggal dunia dan udah nggak dapat mengajarkan kebaikan lagi
3. anak yang sholeh perbuatan baik anak termasuk menjadi amal baik bagi orang tuanya meskipun orang tuanya udah meninggal dunia anak tersebut kelak akan memiliki anak lagi dan anaknya akan memiliki anak lagi dan seterusnyakebaikan anak2 tersebut menjadi catatan amalan baik bagi orang tuanya.
Hari ini , nanti jam 10.00 WIB tepat 32 tahun aku muncul di Dunia, ..

Height of substructure is determined by type of rig and blow-out preventer stack. Substructure able to detain very big burden, that generated by derrick or mast, hoisting equipments, rotary table, drill string ( drill pipe, drill collar etc.) and burden of casing.

A walkway between pipe racks at base of pipe ramp, next to rig where pipe is laid out prior to placement against pipe ramp
The driller’s console is instrument center of rotary drilling rig.
Its located on the rig floor usually near draw works. The console is the heart of the rig instrumentation system.
The console provides the drillers with comprehensive view of what is happening in each of the major subsystem.
The console’s gauge usually provide information on :
Mud pump pressure measures pressure on pipe. Point of measurement originated on mud pump discharge manifold and stand pipe, also referred to as the “pump pressure” or “standpipe pressure”.
Rotary Torque Indicator measures relative torque being applied by rotary table. Point of measurement originates under the rotary drive chain electronically.
Weight Indicator measures weight of the drill stem suspended and weight being applied to the bit. Point of measurement originates at the dead line anchor.
Working principle of Derrick is to detain generated burden when “tripping in” and “tripping out” of drill pipe and casing in drilling operation, other burden arising out from drill pipe leaned to the derrick and puff of the wind as horizontal burden.
Mast is rigged up above rig floor and close over rig floor partly, owning same job mechanism with Derrick. Mast is used for shallow drilling operation

HOISTING EQUIPMENT
Transmitting energy from prime mover ( power system ) to drill string during drilling operation.
Transmitting energy from prime mover to rotary drive.
Transmitting energy from prime mover to catheads to joint or free parts of drill string.
Representing corps of wheel which used as place of circumference drilling line in drilling operation, below crown block is travelling block.
Crown Block is installed above or top of the mast which it can be the form of pulleys, connected to travelling block by using drilling line, for lifting various drilling equipments. Crown Block work when drilling line pulled or degraded by draw work..
Travelling Block :
The block make a movement relevant with crown block, fluctuation moving vertically to lift hook block..
Traveling block represent formation where drilling line is girded, this matter enable traveling block move fluctuately below crownblock and above rig floor.
Drilling Line
Drilling of Line has function to detain of burden suffered by hook when tripping of drill string, installation of casing and fishing operation...
Drilling Line is located between crown block and traveling block controlled by Revolving drum. At drilling operation, drilling line has very important function to ascending - degrading and detaining burden from drill string. So the strength of drilling line is very important factor in order to able to be used at the drilling operation.
Elevator
Elevators has function hold drill pipe or drill collar joint by joint, so that can be entered or released from drill hole.
Hook
Hook has function to suspend swivel and drill pipe (drill string) during drilling operation.
Hook is located beneath the traveling block
Link
Link has function as link between hook and elevator.

(1). Power Supply Equipment : yielded by machine - big machine which known as " Prime Mover"
(2).Distribution equipment ( transmission), convert the energy that is needed for drilling operation.
Transmission system can be conducted by one from those system, that are mechanical transmission system and system of electric transmission.
Generally the activator source of modern the rig powered by internal-combustion diesel engine.
In general, it can be classified as follow :
1. Diesel-electric type
2. Direct-drive type
Depended from method used for the energy transmission to various system at the rig.
Mechanical Power Transmission ( mechanic energy transmission ) meant that energy yielded by machine continued mechanically
Energy is yielded by prime mover connected together with other machine to supply sufficient energy. It is conducted by hydraulic Coupling (Torque Converters), that connected together ( compounded).
This energy is continued through elaborate sprocket and chain linking system (chain system ), in the physical distribute energy to unit needing energy. This system now is replaced by electrical transmission ( formation of electric power transmission).
Mostly drilling rig now have used electric transmission system power which must be conducted through cable. This diesel engine give mechanic energy and convert to be electrics by generator attached in front of the block. Generator yields electrics current and conducted through the cable and transmitted to other device by " Control Unit" ( control cabinet).
From control cabinet, electric power continued through additional cable to electromotor interfaced to other equipments system, like hoisting, rotary, Circulation system, lighting and other.
Hoisting system represent one of drilling equipments component, functioning to give sufficient workroom for “tripping in” and “tripping out” of drill string and casing into/from the drill hole during drilling operation
Hoisting system is very important which this system getting or suffering of biggest burden, burden vertically and also burden horizontal. Vertical burden come from tower burden, drill string ( drill pipe and drill collar), casing string, tension of dead line, tension from fast line and also tension from the block. Horizontal burden come from puff of wind and also drill pipe leaned at tower. Burden which is because of this puff of wind is very influence hoisting burden system when drilling conducted at offshore, as in north sea field where wind speed very big

Hati-hati dengan Keinginan anda
PESAWAT
1. Umur 5 tahun kami sekeluarga berfoto di Bandara Banjarmasin, saya sendiri yang berfoto tidak melihat kamera, pandangan saya tertuju ke pesawat.
2. Saya satu-satunya dari keluarga yang pernah teriak .."Turunkan om..turunkan om..ketika naik pesawat di umur 2 th..dan aneh ..sampai sekarang saya ingat itu.
3. Dari kecil kalau disuruh pilih mainan..saya pasti memilih pesawat (anak saya malah kebalik ..dia milih mobil ??)
4. SMP kelas satu di rumah teman orang tua di Tunggul Hitam, saya pernah berdiri di pagar dari jam 9 s/d jam 1, hanya pingin melihat pesawat naik turun.
5. Kuliah ..saya keranjingan maen game flight simulator
Analisa :
- Saya bercita-cita jadi pilot, eh ...sekarang tidak tercapai, namun balasannya sekarang hampir tiap minggu naik pesawat
ISTRI
dari SMP saya tinggal di Pulau karam, kampung Cina, Padang, hampir tiap hari saya lihat gadis-gadis Cina berwajah oriental, eh..sampai kepikir punya pacar/istri berwajah oriental, sejalan waktu , SMA, Kuliah, yang ditaksir berubah , tidak lagi berwajah oriental, ....tiba-tiba di akhir kuliah dapet yang berwajah Oriental (it's Amazing)
Analisa :
Cinta pertama mengukir didalam dada ...memang berjalan waktu akan merubah type yang anda sukai ..namun pada akhirnya ...belahan jiwa anda akan kembali ke yang tertanam di awal masa pubertas anda.. he..he..he (ayo ..penasaran ..)

Th 2006, ketika berhenti kerja , karena jenuh dan ingin meningkatkan karir, terbetik untuk ke dunia Oil dan Gas, beli buku Purdi E. Chandra tentang entrepreneur, tentang "keinginan". ..Jika anda ingin lulus ujian ..beli buku ..baca ..bahkan bawa tidur ...,
Jalan ke gramedia ...nampak sebuah buku bersampul merah dengan gambar seorang tua dengan Helmet merk Medco EP, judul " ORANG MINYAK"John S. Karamoy, harga 150 rb an , ditanya istri ..ngapain beli ..kan mau jadi inspektor aja, ..lagipula masih nganggur , saya jawab, ..siapa tau jadi CEO Medco EP , seperti John S. Karamoy, ..seterusnya ..buku dibaca ..terkagum-kagum dengan perjuangan beliau..kemudian disimpan rapi.
Berikutnya ,
th. 2008 di bulan mei, baru sebulan bekerja di Jakarta, dapat perintah dari Bos untuk hadir rapat presentasi sebuah vendor Oil dan Gas, ketika masuk ruangan ....(amazing), seorang tua datang menghampiri ..wajahnya sangat familiar sekali ..saya pernah melihatnya ..tapi dimana ???
" Please introduce my self, Sir. Nama saya John S. Karamoy, saya orang minyak sekarang membawa perusahaan saya PT ...., untuk mempresentasikan ...bla ..bla,..(gelk ..ternyata dia orang yang bukunya pernah saya beli)
saya menjawab terbata ..sambil menerima uluran tangannya, "Saya novwan, senang berkenalan dengan anda, bapak saya kagumi dari buku Bapak, dan terima kasih ..atas buku bapak, sehingga saya termotivasi hingga berada di business Oil dan Gas....

16.Run 7" casing.
17.Cement 7” casing.
18.Wait on cement.
19.Directional drill 6-1/8” hole from 2150 m to 2320 m.
20.Circulate hole clean prior to pull out of hole.
21.Run logging
22.Wiper trip.
23.Run 4-1/2” liner.
24.Cement 4-1/2” liner
25.Wait on cement.
26.Perform casing scrapper run and circulate clean wellbore
27.Perforate “A” zone interval 2198.5-2202 m.
28.Rig down and move out drilling rig.
29.Put well on stream and test.
